Feel, write, FLY is a pay as you go, facilitated journal writing workshop designed to support the wellbeing of mind and body through journal writing.

The weekly, one hour journal writing workshops are delivered online by Harriet Cherriman and Lynsey Waterhouse.

Each hour workshop is packed with ideas and exercises to help you process difficult experiences or daily emotions and fill your tool box with new and easy ways to keep your self care heading in a positive direction.

You will NOT be asked to share any of your writing.

There are two workshops a week, Tuesday 10-11am (Moving from Zoom to Face to Face from 21 September) and Wednesday 8-9pm. £7.50 per workshop.
