This 6 week course is all about helping to support, inform and empower you with the knowledge and ability to care for and work with your postnatal body as you return to physical activity after childbirth.
Sessions are designed to help you restore & rebuild strength, stability an alignment. You will also benefit from handy hints and tips to take home with you, small group tuition and access to the Precision Poise Motivational Mums Facebook group.
It is recommended, but not essential, that new Mum's attend this course prior to progressing to the weekly Level 2 postnatal pilates classes as it will provide a thorough basis to safe and effective exercise.
