Low Cost Clinic: Counselling every Wednesday

The Hamblin Low-Cost Clinic initiative is intended as a service to the community, with the aim of making complementary therapies affordable to all who may benefit from them. All Low-Cost Clinic appointments must be booked via the Hamblin Centre . Jackie O'Neill is a person-centred counsellor and therapeutic coach. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of her practice. While we are our own best expert on our lives, when problems and obstacles arise, it helps to talk to someone not directly involved in a confidential environment. After an initial consultation, walk and talk sessions in the peaceful and beautiful grounds of the Hamblin Centre can be arranged if wished, as a powerful tool for change. Walking side by side in nature can perhaps be less intimidating than a more formal environment of a counselling room. Moving at your pace, you may wish to stop or sit. for reflection but we are generally moving forward, which is a great metaphor for making progress. £20 per session.
