Chichester Cathedral's popular Lunchtime Concerts take place on Tuesdays (during term time) at 1.10pm, in the spectacular setting of the Cathedral Nave. They are free and last approximately 50 minutes (there is a retiring collection). You are welcome to come and go as you please. Coffee is available at no charge, and some visitors even bring a sandwich! Since its formation in 1998, The Parnassian Ensemble has gained a reputation for its virtuosic performances and innovative programming. It regularly appears at prestigious venues throughout the British Isles such as The Purcell Room; St John’s, Smith Square; St David’s Hall, Cardiff and The Fairfield Hall, Croydon. The ensemble also performs for festivals, music societies and museums as well as schools and universities.
