Come and make your own mandala; the process of which is relaxing and often meditative. These workshops with Liz Osborne are an opportunity for creative playtime, unique to ourselves.Mandala is a Sanskrit word that means circle; a centre point, from which emanates an array of symbols, shapes and forms. Wherever a centre is found radiating outward and inward, there is wholeness - a mandala. There are no rules to this exploration. Look inside yourself and find the shapes, colours and patterns to represent anything from your current state of mind to your most deeply-desired wish for yourself, a loved one or for humanity.Bring materials that inspire you to colour and cut. A selection of paper, colouring pencils and recycled wrappers will be provided. 2nd Saturday of each month in the library 2:00-3:30pm Drop-in group. All welcome. £10 / £8 Hamblin Trust members
