Join us on Google Meet from 19.30 on Tuesday 26th May for drinks, discussion and debate, all from the comfort of your own home.
We will be discussing: 'How much freedom are we willing to give up in exchange for safety during the coronavirus crisis?' In these unprecedented times, certain measures have to be taken to prevent the spread of the virus: staying at home, social distancing, and washing our hands. But where do we draw the line? Should funerals be conducted publicly? How do we support elderly relatives in care homes while keeping them safe? We will attempt to answer these questions, and many more, in an open and relaxed conversation.
Whether youre a humanist, curious about humanism, or just want to chat with some like-minded people, everyone is welcome.
Spaces are limited and registration is essential. To reserve a space for you and your household, please email email@example.com. We will be using Google Meet and a link will be emailed to you ahead of the event.
We look forward to seeing you!
