Yoga HIIT - Every Thursday - 07:30-08:15am or 9:00-9:45am - £5 per person
HIIT workouts have been scientifically proven to get results fast and after effects can last 24-48 hours after you've exercised. Yoga HIIT is a HIIT workout based on yoga style moves and alignment, to keep the body safe. This class consists of a 15 minute warm up, 20 minutes of HIIT and then a 10 minute warm down.
Join me for some fun on the mat! Bring water and a yoga mat if you have one. Plenty of free onsite car parking.
