Yoga HIIT - Every Thursday - 07:30-8:15am - £5.00 per person

HIIT workouts have been scientifically proven to get results fast and after effects can last 24-28 hours after you've exercised. What better way to get your exercise done quickly and keep your body in shape for the beach!

This class consists of a 15 minute warm up, 20 minutes of Yoga HIIT, using yoga inspired moves to keep the body safe and free from injury whilst maximising the benefit of a HIIT style workout, then a 10 minute warm down.

Join me for some fun on the mat! Bring water and a yoga mat if you have one. Plenty of free onsite car parking.
