Weekly Yoga Classes at Downview Hall in East Wittering
Yoga Play - Every Tuesday - 6:00-7:00pm - £6 per person
Yoga play is a flow based class and has a different focus every week, to ensure the body gets the variety it craves to thrive. Various options and modifications are suggested so you can play with what feels best for your unique body. Suitable for all abilities, a consistent practice will improve your strength and agility, focus your mind, strengthen the mind body connection, build awareness of the power of the breath and generally make you feel and move better.
Yoga HIIT - Every Thursday - 07:30-08:15am or 9:00-9:45am - £5 per person
HIIT workouts have been scientifically proven to get results fast and after effects can last 24-48 hours after you've exercised. Yoga HIIT is a HIIT workout based on yoga style moves and alignment, to keep the body safe. This class consists of a 15 minute warm up, 20 minutes of HIIT and then a 10 minute warm down.
Join me for some fun on the mat! Bring water and a yoga mat if you have one. Plenty of free onsite car parking.
